Lonnie Lee, President   Lonnie Lee, President of Business Transformation Services (BTS) is a highly respected veteran of the HVAC industry with more than 30 years of HVAC, business and sales management experience. In 1974 he became a partner in an HVAC contracting firm. His responsibilities included managing the sales and service department and overseeing the daily operations of the company. He was named president of the firm in 1981. After selling his interest in the business, Lonnie joined Lennox Industries in 1985. He served in several capacities at Lennox including district manager of California and assistant regional manager of southern region of the United States.   Lonnie is also a Principal at ICF Consulting and continues to offer his expertise and support on specific projects. Over the past six years at ICF Consulting Lonnie's responsibilities included consulting and working with state utilities and energy organizations nationwide. He has managed programs that supported EPA's HVAC Energy Star Residential and Commercial Programs. He was also responsible for marketing, strategic planning and training development support of the US EPA Energy Star Residential and Light Commercial Program.   Lonnie has been a presenter and speaker at many industry conferences and trade shows including ACCA, ASHRAE, and DOE Energy Smart America Conference, Affordable Comfort, NHRAW and many other organizations across the nation. He is a member of Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), Association of Energy Service Professionals (AESP) and Institute of Heating & Air Conditioning Industries, Inc (IHACI).   Lonnie's continued success in the HVAC industry is due to his commitment to helping contractors grow their business and achieve higher profits, enabling them to compete at a higher level in today's changing market.
